Information submitted through this website (such as contact forms or email) is not a fully secure method of communication. Please avoid including sensitive clinical details in initial messages. For established therapy clients, secure communication should take place through the client portal. This website may use standard analytics tools to understand general site traffic.

Limits of Confidentiality (Therapy Services)

Psychotherapy services are confidential, with legal exceptions. I may be required to share information if there is risk of serious harm to you or someone else, suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or dependent adult, or if records are required by court order or other legal mandate.

These confidentiality protections apply to individuals receiving psychotherapy services. Coaching services are not healthcare and may not be subject to the same legal confidentiality protections.

No Recording Policy

Audio or video recording of sessions is not permitted by either party without written consent. This applies to both in-person and virtual sessions.

Location Requirements for Services

Psychotherapy services are available only to clients physically located in Colorado or California at the time of session, in accordance with state licensing laws.

Relationship coaching services are educational and skills-based in nature and may be provided to clients located outside of these states. Coaching is not psychotherapy, does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions, and is not a substitute for mental health care.
